招聘職位

1、服務工程師（螺桿泵）   1人   月薪 8000-12000 元

工作地點：太倉科教新城
工作性質：全職
作息制度：雙休
主要工作：職位要求：1. 本科及以上學歷，理工科或機械類相關專業，3 - 5年機械行業的售后經驗。2. 有泵類維修經驗，能看懂機械圖紙，會使用測量工具。3. 英語四級及以上，聽說讀寫流利。4. 動手能力強，邏輯思維好，溝通能力強，能現場解決實際問題。5. 了解螺桿泵的設計和使用，能獨立拆裝，調試和維修設備。工作職責：1. 在銷售需要技術支持時，能給予售前支持以便銷售取得訂單。2. 螺桿泵的組裝，拆卸，調試，維修等工作。3. 新項目的調試，以及安裝期間與客戶的技術問題。4. 與客戶協商維護維修協議，其他與技術或維修有關的事宜。

2、機床銷售工程師（應屆生可）   1人   月薪 8000-12000 元

工作地點：太倉城廂
工作性質：全職

主要工作：1、通過各種渠道發展開發新客戶的線索。Develop leads to potential new customers through various sources.2、通過客戶會議等方式拓展生意機會渠道、開發新客戶等，擴展公司的客戶群。Grow the company’s customer base through opening new accounts and develop a pipeline of opportunities through regular client meetings.3、負責指定區域內已有客戶的業務，維護客戶關系及滿意度。Take care of existing customer business in assigned region, maintain customer relationship and satisfaction.4、分析并理解客戶的需求，并提供最能滿足客戶要求的產品和服務。Analyze and understand customer’s business needs and provide products and services best fit customer requirements.5、協調公司技術、生產、服務等部門妥善履行已簽署的銷售合同，并確保客戶按時支付款項。Coordinate company technical, production, and service resources to properly execute signed sales contracts, and ensure customer make payment in time.6、通過提供杰出的支持，并作為深受信任的顧問，在整個銷售過程中引導客戶。Lead customers through the sales process as trusted advisor and by providing outstanding support.7、深入理解客戶的產品、服務、銷售目標及策略、定價、交付安裝政策及上述實踐，以期恰當回應客戶的要求。Maintain thorough knowledge of the Client’s products/services, sales objectives and strategies, pricing and delivery/installation policies and practices to be able to respond properly to customer requests.8、維護公司客戶關系管理系統，保證所有的價格、銷售行為、客戶數據、機會等數據記錄的準確。Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales activities, customer data, opportunities, etc. via company CRM system.9、準備并提交準確的、更新的銷售預測。Manage and ensure accurate and updated sales forecast.10、向銷售總監報告所負責區域的銷售活動及業績。Report sales activities and performance for assigned market to sales director.11、確保遵守所有相關的法律法規要求。Ensure compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.12、完成上級及公司交辦的其他任務。Complete other tasks assigned by superiors and company.

主要工作：工作內容：負責客戶服務技術支持，協助銷售人員解決客戶技術問題。職位需求：1、大專及以上文憑；2、懂fanuc或西門子數控系統的加工程序編程（有電工證的優先考慮）；3、能夠適應較強的出差強度。
