Process Engineer

1.         Improve productivity and reduce variable cost through continuously process optimization team up with GON TEDA engineers and collaborated with production execution team.

2.         Close interact with execution team, find out gaps and issues timely and have right solution to solve, support production for troubleshooting in relation to daily production operation.

3.         Responsible for updating production PMD’s for responsible products and ensure available all time without mistakes.

4.         Delivery product within internal specification, improve product quality through better optimal process collaborated with production execution team. Deeply involve internal investigation for customer complaint and finding the root cause in relation to product.

5.         Responsible for product reporting, product budget (variable cost) for responsible products.

Job location: Taicang  JiangSu province

Qualifications

1、Bachelor or Master preferred in fermentation engineering, chemical engineering or a related area.

2、At least 2 years of proven experience in scale-up production.

3、Self motivation and passion in optimization work.

4、Good communication skills, good at English in writing, listening and oral speaking, are needed.

5、Open-mind and excellent team work skills.

1.         The major task for process engineer is to keep productivity growth and cost reduction through continuously “optimization”, idea creation is main key factor, also major challenge.

2.         NZ-SH process engineer need to work together with GO TEDA engineers and with production execution, it needs strong team work spirit and collaboration ability, ensure seamless interface and optimization across production operation.
