Plan and manage the maintenance factory equipment and facilities, utility equipment (water supply, power supply, gas supply, etc.), and sewage treatment equipment to ensure the normal operation of the system 計劃和管理廠務(wù)設(shè)備設(shè)施、公用工程設(shè)備(供水、供電、供氣等)、污水處理設(shè)備維修和維護(hù)，確保系統(tǒng)正常運行。 Monitoring and analyzing MECHANICAL Utility/WWTP equipment status and updating technical documentation. 監(jiān)測和分析公用工程、污水設(shè)備恩設(shè)備運行狀態(tài)，及時更新技術(shù)文檔。 Initiating technical parameters and sourcing suppliers; conduct negotiation in terms of technical matters and supervise the implementation for MECHANICAL equipment. （設(shè)備及備件采購）尋找合適的供應(yīng)商，確認(rèn)技術(shù)參數(shù)，根據(jù)技術(shù)要求商談并監(jiān)督（從采購到使用的）整個過程。 Participate in engineering activities for small technical upgrade project to improve the plant production performance 參與工廠小型技術(shù)改造項目的工程設(shè)計過程，提高工廠生產(chǎn)能力。 Responsible for above equipment reliability, RCA for maintenance issue, preventive maintenance plan. 對上述設(shè)備設(shè)施可靠性負(fù)責(zé)，對維修問題做根本原因分析，制定預(yù)防性維修計劃。 Manage and execute the special equipment management, maintenance documentation/record 負(fù)責(zé)特種設(shè)備管理，維修文檔的記錄和管理。 Plan and execute the TPM & 5S management activity. 制定、完善及執(zhí)行區(qū)域TPM和5S管理。 Manage the safety issues within routine work scope. 工作范圍內(nèi)的日常安全管理活動和安全記錄。 Monthly report and maintenance performance review. 月度報告和總結(jié)。 Daily management of the Utility team 公用工程團隊日常管理 |

Mechanical, electrical related majors, environmental engineering, sewage treatment related majors, college degree or above. 機械、電氣相關(guān)專業(yè)、環(huán)境工程、污水處理相關(guān)專業(yè)，大專及以上學(xué)歷， Familiar with industrial wastewater treatment process flow and equipment maintenance, familiar with the three effect evaporation process, with more than three years of wastewater treatment operation experience, able to solve various problems that arise during wastewater treatment operation. 熟悉工業(yè)廢水處理工藝流程及設(shè)備維護(hù)，懂三效降膜蒸發(fā)工藝，有三年以上廢水處理運行經(jīng)驗，能夠解決廢水處理運行過程中出現(xiàn)的各種問題。 Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork ability, diligent and meticulous work, able to withstand certain work pressure 具有較強的責(zé)任心和團隊合作能力，工作認(rèn)真細(xì)致，能承受一定的工作壓力。 5+years of experience in managing and maintaining public utilities (water supply, power distribution systems, compressed air, refrigeration units); 有5年+ 公用工程（供水、配電系統(tǒng)、壓縮空氣、制冷機）管理維護(hù)經(jīng)驗； Familiar with HVAC systems, refrigeration systems, and high-voltage distribution systems (10KVA) 熟悉HVAC系統(tǒng)、制冷系統(tǒng)、高壓配電系統(tǒng)(10KVA) Preferred Qualifications 具備以下經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮 Priority given to those with project management experience 有項目管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先 Experience in operation and management of high and low voltage power distribution, central air conditioning, pure water, chiller units, cooling towers, etc. is preferred. 有高低壓配電、中央空調(diào)、純水、冷水機組、冷卻塔等運行管理經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。 |
