| 工作描述： |
Job description ?負責新產品導入及項目進度，編制新產品的項目策劃書及工藝文件，做好試產和量產前的準備工作； Responsible for new products instruction and project progress, compile the project plan-ning and technology documentation, coordinate the preparation of trial production. ?參與鈑金件的技術工藝及可行性分析，對原材料、技術工藝性、生產設備、工裝夾具進行合理評估，并負責與客戶的技術溝通； Responsible the technology and feasibility analysis, include raw material,process, equip-ment and fixture etc. ?負責鈑金工藝的工序設計，不斷提高完善原有技術及工藝水平，提高產品質量和生產效率，及時解決生產中的技術工藝問題。 Responsible for the process design, promote the continuous improvement activities of quality and efficiency ?負責對產品中存在的技術質量問題與客戶協調溝通。 Responsible for commucation and comfirm with customer about technology and quality, provide and promote the solution ?提出采購產品的技術條件和驗收條件，審查并改進外協供方的零件加工工藝； Provide the technical requirment of purchased part and follow the process of subcontracter. ?測量生產工時，進行動作研究、工藝研究，分析產品的制造及裝配工藝，對生產工藝進行持續改進； Measure the working time, and continue improve the manufacture prcocess base on pro-cess anlysis; motion analysis ?負責編寫作業指導書，并對操作工和技術員進行培訓，考核與監督操作過程是否符合要求。 Prepare the WI and train the operators and technicans. Regularly checking the process to guarantee the requirements are meet. Required qualifications ?機械類相關專業大專以上學歷。College degree or above, major in Mechanical. ?具有五年以上鈑金加工行業等相關工作經驗，熟悉鈑金加工工藝和設備（數控沖床和激光切割、折彎、焊接等）； Above 5 years’ process work experience in sheet metal machining and process ?熟練使用AutoCAD，PRO-E等設計軟件，熟練操作Office辦公軟件； Good skills in design softwares and standard computer applications ?良好的溝通能力和團隊精神，工作踏實，責任心強，能承擔高度的工作壓力。 Good skills for communication and team work |
