職責 RESPONSIBILITES: ? Working knowledge of industry standards, legislations, and resources 對行業標準、法規和資源有基本了解 ? Project oversight for comprehensive and timely deliverables 監督項目的整個流程并確保及時交付 ? Monitor project milestones to maintain timelines through the life cycle from approval to billing 監控項目里的各個時間節點,從批準項目到賬單發送 ? Primary contact and communicator between client and ACT for assigned projects in terms of confirmations, needs, and timely status updates 作為客戶和ACT之間的主要聯系人和溝通者,確認需求并提供及時狀態更新 ? Coordination of additional services to assigned projects as needed 根據需要協調分配項目 ? Verification that all services rendered and reported 確認并發送所有的測試報告 ? First approval of Reports 報告首次審批 ? Actual service reviews for project billing 審查并確認項目賬單 ? Project archiving and verifying all documentation is filed and delivered 項目存檔,并驗證所有文件已歸檔并交付 要求技能和能力 REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: ?
