| 工作描述： |
- Technical support and training for domestic and foreign customers; 為國內外客戶提供技術支持及培訓； - Responsible for coordinating and improving the quality problem; 負責協調并推進質量缺陷的改善； - Improve warranty procedures & claim management system，implement them within the organization; 完善索賠保修管理程序，并確保其在組織內部的實施； - Enable a database service, improve the service system; 啟用售后服務數據庫，完善售后服務體系； - Responsible for service department data base and Baan system operation and maintenance; 進行售后部門數據庫及Baan系統的操作和維護； - Create and maintain spare parts lists, maintain after sales tools; 創建和維護備件清單，售后工具的維護； - Write service reports ; 提交售后服務報告； - Complete other jobs ordered . 完成上級交辦的其他工作。 * 本崗位出差頻率較低。 |
