工作地點(diǎn):江蘇太倉(cāng) 出差頻繁 Job Summary and Key Objectives 職位概述及關(guān)鍵目標(biāo) - 提供產(chǎn)品解決方案、投標(biāo)文件,提高所負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目的數(shù)量、金額和成功率; - 協(xié)助銷(xiāo)售進(jìn)行最終用戶(hù)、設(shè)計(jì)院、工程公司有效拜訪和技術(shù)交流,完成技術(shù)交流工作; - 及時(shí)解決客戶(hù)遇到的產(chǎn)品相關(guān)問(wèn)題,給客戶(hù)提供售前售后的基本技術(shù)支持,提高客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度; - 歸納、整理銷(xiāo)售工具,提供銷(xiāo)售培訓(xùn); - 了解客戶(hù)端市場(chǎng)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手信息; - 完善產(chǎn)品資料并進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化整理。 - Provide product solutions and bidding documents in an effort to increase the volume, value and success rate of the projects assigned; - Support sales to visit and communicate with end users, design institutes and construction companies to complete technical communications; - Solve product-related problems encountered by customers in a timely manner, provide customers with pre-sale and post-sale basic technical support to improve customer satisfaction; - Summarize and prepare sales tools, and provide sales training; - Collect client and market information and competitor’s information. Know-How 知識(shí) - 熟悉空氣過(guò)濾和暖通空調(diào)系統(tǒng)優(yōu)先,不斷學(xué)習(xí)提高自我水平 - 大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷 - 2-5年及以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) - 有技術(shù)服務(wù)配套的經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先 - Familiarity with air filtration and HVAC systems preferred, continuous learning to improve oneself - Bachelor degree or above - 2-5 years and above related working experience - Experience in technical service support is preferred Skills技能 - 抗壓力,有效處理項(xiàng)目問(wèn)題和危機(jī)處理 - 解決問(wèn)題能力,主動(dòng)擔(dān)當(dāng),邏輯分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)根源,提出解決方案 - 結(jié)果導(dǎo)向的良好溝通 - 能適應(yīng)較頻繁出差 - Resistant to pressure, effective in handling project issues and crisis management - Problem solving skills, take initiative, analyze logically, identify root causes and propose solutions - Good result-oriented communication - Able to adapt to more frequent business trips |
