Productivity gain from steelwrist usage range from 50 to 200% depending on type of work. Steelwrist is today the fastest growing company in the world that provide advanced technology for improving excavator efficiency. Steelwrist現在正在為中國團隊尋找一位服務工程師，以繼續推動市場增長。 工作職責 1. 終端客戶/代理商現場安裝調試挖掘機液壓手腕/全自動快換及相應屬具 2. 產品使用及保養現場培訓 3. 售后服務，現場服務技術支持, 索賠及備件管理 4. 其它 工作地點及其它：江蘇太倉，出差頻率：30% 任職要求： 1. 6年以上工程機械行業售后或技術類工作經驗，有實際動手維修經驗，挖掘機相關，能操作挖掘機更佳。 2. 積極上進，溝通能力強。 3. 本科及以上學歷，英語要求讀寫能力，可郵件溝通， Title: Service Technician Responsibility 1. Provide field installation of Excavator Tiltrotator and Automatic Quick Coupler for end customer and dealer. 2. Conduct related installation and technical training to dealer 3. Aftermarket technical support, claim/spare parts… 4. others Competence requirements: 1. Over 6 years aftermarket and technical related experience in Construction Equipment related. Must have hands on experience, Excavator preferred. 2. Active, enthusiastic and passional, good communication skills 3. Techincal college or Bachelor degree, mechanical/electrical/hydraulic related major.
