Tasks Segment VSD： Cooperate with all function, draw logistics VSA and VSD, find the potential improvement point Support and take initiatives on improvement activity Optimized the logistics information flow Optimized the logistics material flow Do indirect material planning and purchasing according to the production plan and usage Adjust material plan and purchase order when there is changes. Ensure the smooth running of production Work with purchaser, central technology engineer or end user to deal with the quality, package issues of indirect material Create purchase requisition and follow up the PRs till it closed, eg. order confirmation, delivery Check account with supplier monthly Analyze and monitor for indirect material stock Control stock value in a healthy status Create and update related work instruction Other tasks assigned by logistics manager Profile MOVE related knowledge Proficient in MS-office, especially in MS-Excel, Capable of large data processing, SAP PP module knowledge is a plus Problem or critical situation solving skill Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-function team and cross-cultural environment Good knowledge of logistics planning Warehouse management concept Communication and coordination ability Adequate knowledge of English written and spoken The task required capability needs a graduated education from an acknowledged university with bachelor\'s degree or above At least 2 years\' experience in related position Fluent oral and written English |
