| 工作描述： |
? Responsible for bulk and finished goods physical and chemical analysis per TDS testing method, Enterprise standard &GB standard. 負(fù)責(zé)按照TDS, 企標(biāo)或國(guó)標(biāo)檢測(cè)方法和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)半成品，成品進(jìn)行理化指標(biāo)。 ? Lab 5S, safety. 實(shí)驗(yàn)室5S、安全。 ? Bulk and finished product physical & chemical testing. 半成品，成品理化指標(biāo)檢測(cè)。 ? Lab equipment qualification， calibration，maintenance. 實(shí)驗(yàn)室設(shè)備確認(rèn)， 校正，維護(hù)。 ? Test method transfer and validation. 檢測(cè)方法轉(zhuǎn)移和驗(yàn)證。 ? Perform bulk and finished product physical and chemical testing based on global TDS method Enterprise standard, GB standards. 基于TDS方法，企標(biāo)或國(guó)標(biāo)執(zhí)行對(duì)半成品，成品的理化檢測(cè)。 ? Support supervisor for analysis time reduce study by optimizing the process, test method or introducing new equipment/instrument. 配合主管共同研究如何通過(guò)優(yōu)化過(guò)程，方法以及引進(jìn)新型設(shè)備去減少測(cè)試時(shí)間。 ? Perform or assist the vendor during the installation qualification (IQ), operation qualification (OQ) and performance qualification (PQ) of the analytical instruments. 協(xié)助進(jìn)行新設(shè)備的3Q認(rèn)證。 ? Perform or assist the site validation activities, such as cleaning validation, process validation, method transfer/ validation etc. 幫助完成驗(yàn)證活動(dòng)，如清洗驗(yàn)證，工藝驗(yàn)證，方法轉(zhuǎn)移或驗(yàn)證等。 ? Perform equipment/instruments routine calibration, maintenance activities per defined SOP/WI， ensure the good condition and correction operation of equipment. 按照計(jì)劃進(jìn)行設(shè)備校正以及維護(hù)活動(dòng), 確保所用的分析儀器正確使用，運(yùn)行良好。 ? Follow data integrity on all the data recording process. 確保在整個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)記錄過(guò)程中的數(shù)據(jù)完整性。 ? Manage the documentation and records at the lab. 文件及相應(yīng)記錄管理。 ? Understand and follow laboratory safety instructions & precautions in handling reagents, and disposal of chemical waste according with local environmental regulations. 理解化驗(yàn)室安全要求，遵守安全規(guī)范，試劑管理，正確處理廢棄物。 ? Lab 5s maintenance. 實(shí)驗(yàn)室5S管理。 ? Report to line manager at the first time for any issue related to product or lab. 向直線經(jīng)理第一時(shí)間匯報(bào)產(chǎn)品或?qū)嶒?yàn)室相關(guān)問(wèn)題。 ? Perform assigned task by supervisor. 完成主管分配的工作。 |
