Specific duties and responsibilities (max. 10) 具體職能 1. Organize and drive the plant lean improvement workshop , analyze the IE, logistics ,production status in operation department, find issues , push improvement , eliminate waste , reduce cost . 組織并推動工廠精益改進研討會，分析運營部門在IE、物流、生產(chǎn)等方面的現(xiàn)狀，尋找問題點，推動改進，消除浪費，降低成本。 2. Manage yearly plant cost saving activities. Set the cost saving target for each department. Work with controlling to review the cost saving project result and calculate saving 管理工廠年度成本改善活動，制定各部門年度成本節(jié)約目標，聯(lián)合財務(wù)部門對成本節(jié)約項目結(jié)果進行檢查評審并計算收益。. 3. Manage plant idea management system ，encourage the employees to submit the ideas .Check the effectiveness of the ideas implementation and reward. 管理工廠合理化建議體系，鼓勵工廠各部門員工積極提出合理化建議 ，檢查合理化建議實施及獎勵的有效性。 4. Manage the plant LPA system , assign the LPA plan to each department , monitor the LPA realization and findings rectification progress. 管理工廠過程分層審核體系，為各部門安排過程分層審核計劃，監(jiān)控審核計劃執(zhí)行及發(fā)現(xiàn)問題整改進度。 5. Create and implement the shopfloor visualization standard 制定并推行車間目視化標準 6. 5S audit to each department regularly 定期對各部門進行5S檢查 7. Support lean manager to improve the lean culture in plant 協(xié)助精益經(jīng)理提高工廠精益文化 8. Maintain database of lean related system , like DPC , Fokus 維護精益生產(chǎn)相關(guān)系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)，例如DPC、Fokus 9. Implement the other tasks from manager. 完成經(jīng)理安排的其他工作。 ? Lean production related knowledge: 5S , SMED , value stream , TPM , line balance , PFEP 精益生產(chǎn)相關(guān)知識：5S， SMED，價值流， TPM， 線平衡，PFEP |
