1.專科以上學歷College degree or Bachelor Degree
2.機械或工程類專業(yè)背景，有應用分析能力；Major in mechanical, engineer or management
3.3年以上汽車行業(yè)質量管理體系相關工作經(jīng)驗Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Quality System Management in automotive industry.
4.熟悉汽車行業(yè)質量管理工具,如APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA/8D/QC7等 Skilled for the quality management tools in auto industry，e.g APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA/8D/QC7.
5. 熟悉VDA 6.3 過程審核；Skilled for Vda 6.3 process audit.

工作描述：
1.組織對客戶抱怨的分析、措施、效果驗證及回復；Organize to analysis, take action, verify and response for the customer complaint;
2.負責客戶平臺的日常維護；Responsible for maintenance the customer platform;
3.負責客戶端質量績效的收集和內部傳遞；Response for collecting the quality performance from customer side;
4.負責執(zhí)行客戶端要求的外部測試；Conduct the external testing which required from customer;
5.參與客戶審核；Take part in the customer audit;
6.協(xié)助質量經(jīng)理執(zhí)行產(chǎn)品安全相關的管理；Support quality manager to conduct the PSB management;
7.負責客戶端應用問題的分析和溝通Responsible for analyze and communicate for the application problem at the client

主要工作：
1. 解決與生產(chǎn)工藝與設備相關問題，以降低各種生產(chǎn)成本和費用。Solve the process and machine issue to reduce the production cost.
2. 跟進車間的試產(chǎn)/生產(chǎn)，并協(xié)助車間解決生產(chǎn)疑難問題。Co-work with PM for the new product and trial production, and support the production supervisor to solve the production problem.
3. 協(xié)助查處生產(chǎn)車間涉及生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)的投訴/退貨問題，對投訴產(chǎn)品的檢查和落實處理方案。Analyze the quality complaint from our production. And check and take action for it.
4. 為與生產(chǎn)工藝有關的各種比較復雜和不尋常的問題提供解決方法。Support the solve the complicated issue in process
5. 進行有關工廠布局、設備產(chǎn)能和工藝改進、降低費用的研究，并為管理層提供數(shù)據(jù)。Evaluate the layout, production capacity; lead the process improvement, cost down project. Support the management data to production manager.
6. 學習新投產(chǎn)設備的使用和維護，并制定相應的生產(chǎn)操作指導書。Learn the operation of new machine and setup the maintenance work standard for workers.
7. 依據(jù)控制計劃，工藝要求等制定生產(chǎn)員工作業(yè)指導書，點檢表。Prepare the work instruction/production checklist by the CP, technological requirements.
8. 負責量產(chǎn)后生產(chǎn)過程中的工程變更相關事項Is owner of defined serial products after SOP (volume products after sales, OE products) and is head of change projects in case changes can be covered by production department.
