| 工作描述： |
1. 解決與生產工藝與設備相關問題，以降低各種生產成本和費用。 Solve the process and machine issue to reduce the production cost. 2. 跟進車間的試產/生產，并協助車間解決生產疑難問題。 Co-work with PM for the new product and trial production, and support the production supervisor to solve the production problem. 3. 協助查處生產車間涉及生產環節的投訴/退貨問題，對投訴產品的檢查和落實處理方案。 Analyze the quality complaint from our production. And check and take action for it. 4. 為與生產工藝有關的各種比較復雜和不尋常的問題提供解決方法。 Support the solve the complicated issue in process 5. 進行有關工廠布局、設備產能和工藝改進、降低費用的研究，并為管理層提供數據。 Evaluate the layout, production capacity; lead the process improvement, cost down project. Support the management data to production manager. 6. 學習新投產設備的使用和維護，并制定相應的生產操作指導書。 Learn the operation of new machine and setup the maintenance work standard for workers. 7. 依據控制計劃，工藝要求等制定生產員工作業指導書，點檢表。 Prepare the work instruction/production checklist by the CP, technological requirements. 8. 負責量產后生產過程中的工程變更相關事項 Is owner of defined serial products after SOP (volume products after sales, OE products) and is head of change projects in case changes can be covered by production department. |
