| 工作描述： |
1、 測量工具 1) 根據技術規范 選擇合適的測量工具 2) 對測量工具能力評估,制訂年度投資和更新計劃 3) 編制測量工具操作規程和維護保養指導書 2、 測量系統分析MSA 1) 根據程序文件要求，制訂年度MSA計劃并跟蹤計劃的實施 2) 評估MSA結果，對不合格測量設備工具嚴格按文件規定處理 3、 測量和測試 根據委托要求確定測量方法和工具，按時按量完成，并提供報告 4、 培訓 對技術員進行產品測量方法和工具選擇的培訓和指導 Position Responsibilities 1. Measure Tools 1) Select proper measure tools according to product technical specification 2) Assess the capability of measure tools, make and update yearly measure tools investment plan 3) Compile operation instruction of measure tools and maintenance working instruction 2. Measure System Analysis 1) Make yearly MSA plan and follow up to implementation, according to procedure requirement 2) Assess MSA result, handle the nonconforming measure tools according to procedure 3. Measure and Test According to requirement in commission sheet, confirm the measure method and tools. Finished the measure task in time and quantity, provide report 4. Training Train and coach technician about product measure method and tools selection 崗位資格 1、學歷:測量或相關類專業，本科或以上學歷 2、工作經驗:3年以上塑料和金屬產品測量方面的工作經驗 3、熟悉測量標準及測量工具的使用方法；溝通能力 Position Qualification 1. Education:Bachelor degree or above in measure or related areas 2.Work Experience :Above 3 years measure experience in metal and plastic parts 3.Knowledge of measure standard and using method of measure tools; Communication skills |
