| 工作描述： |
? Review sales order against master production schedule. 根據銷售訂單，制作生產產量排程。 ? Analyze constraints with regards to materials availability and capacity. 評估我們的產能及物料狀態，提供可靠的可交貨日期。 ? Release weekly new plan and check production output base on forecast &sales orders. 參考銷售訂單及預測，核對實際產量，及時并更新每周的生產計劃。 ? Monitor actual production against plan. 根據生產計劃監控實際生產狀況，并及時進行反饋和協調。 ? Track customer order schedule attainment and work with production , warehouse and sourcing department to make sure 100% on time delivery. 跟進客戶訂單計劃，與生產、倉庫和采購合作，確保100%的按時交期。 ? Make analysis report monthly for on time delivery performance. 制作每月及時交貨率的分析報表，為公司持續改進提供數據支持。 ? Inventory control according grouping of material. 分析不同的產品供需狀況，控制庫存在合理水平。 ? Material Requisition according stock safety level and MPS 依照安全庫存水平和MPS 的要求，及時提出物料申請。 |
