Major activities and accountabilities主要活動及職責 1. HSEQ 健康安全環境質量 ? Abide National, Arkema corporate and Arkema ( Suzhou)’s rules and regulations strictly.嚴格遵守國家，阿科瑪集團和阿科瑪(蘇州)的各種規章制度。 ? Be involved into systems establishing and implementation such as AIMS, SS and etc.參與公司AIMS、安全標準化等體系建立和執行。 ? Be responsible for the safety of own position and supervise HSEQ performance of subordinates if any.對自己的安全負責和指導下屬的HSEQ行為以滿足崗位需求（如有下屬的話）。 ? Ensure environment Sustainable Development by conducting wastes segregation and pollution reduction etc.開展廢棄物收集和分類，減少污染物的排放等保證環境的可持續發展。 ? Have the consciousness of energy saving and ensure the rational use of energy. 具有節能意識，合理使用能源。 ? Any other tasks related HSEQ issues assigned by top management.其他上級安排的HSEQ方面的安排。 2. Daily Jobs 日常工作 ? Involve/Lead MOC project, Participate investment project E&I part for early equipment management to ensure future reliability& maintainability;領導/參與MOC項目,參與投資項目的電儀部分的早期管理以保證日后的可靠性與可維修性。 ? Monitoring all plant E&I equipments and ensuring their safe/proper function in view of the targets for reliability and safety;; 監管工廠所有的電儀設備以確保安全、穩定的運行以期達到安全與可靠性的目標。 ? Analyzing E&I problems and providing technical input/solutions accordingly, Apply RCFA/FMEA and related reliability tools to conduct analysis and improve the E&I equipment continuously;分析電儀設備相關故障并提供相應技術支持與解決方案,運用RCFA/FMEA等可靠性工具進行分析改進以持續提高電儀設備的可靠性。 ? Deliver preventive and predictive Maintenance plans with detailed job execution plans to reduce the downtime as much as possible; Ensuring all registered instruments, are properly calibrated/documented per regulation and Corporate requirements; 預防性/預知性維修計劃的制定以及詳細的工作執行計劃以減少故障停車時間; 按相關法律、法規及公司要求確保所有外校的儀表的校驗與存檔。 ? Lead spare parts management of E&I equipment, issue PR, ensure QC, audit spare parts inventory periodically; 領導電儀相關的備品備件的管理，包括申購，質量控制，庫存設置等。 ? Contributes to the interpretation and setting of E&I maintenance Procedures/standards and to ensure best practices and SHE requirement; 維修程序、標準的制定以滿足最佳維修實踐與安全工作的要求。 ? Ensure that the E&I maintenance operations and activities carried out are in accordance with company policy, relevant statutory provisions and best practices; 確保電儀維修活動的開展符合公司的政策、相關的法律法規以及最佳實踐的要求。 ? DCS and SPLC system management such as PID adjustment and interlock test,etc. DCS及SPLC系統管理包括但不限于PID調節及連鎖測試等。 ? Hands on training to the E&I maintenance technicians to strengthen the team competency;電儀維修工的現場技能培訓以提高團隊的整體能力。 1.Knowledge: ? University/College degree or equivalent in instrument or automation 儀表或自動化專業本科或大專學歷 2. Skills: ? Basic English skills for better understanding technical document.基本的英語讀寫能力以充分理解相關的英文資料。 ? Excellent communication and reporting ability 良好的溝通及報表能力 ? Engineering/project experience is required 工程/項目相關經驗 3.Experience: ? 5 years or above working experiences in Chemical plant 5年以上化工廠相關工作經驗 4. Abilities: ? Good at organization and planning, Problem solving.良好的組織計劃與問題解決能力 ? Good at: communication and teamwork, and proactive working attitude.良好的溝通能力，團隊合作精神以及積極的工作態度 ? Solid experience on maintenance of equipment regarding E&I and automation;扎實的電儀設備/自動化維修經驗 |
