Function Responsibilities 崗位職責 1)Draft, improve and implement the work instructions of supplier quality control in accordance with the company's supplier list. 按照供應(yīng)商手冊，制訂并完善供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量控制的相關(guān)作業(yè)指導書，并負責協(xié)調(diào)執(zhí)行作業(yè)指導書。 2)Work with purchasing engineer, to be responsible for the supplier development of raw materials (including the components),OEM, etc. and sourcing new suppliers, auditing on-site quality system, equipment, techniques and quality control, new supplier's approval. 與采購工程師合作，負責開發(fā)原材料(包括零部件)，過程外協(xié)等供應(yīng)商，包括新供應(yīng)商的尋找，現(xiàn)場質(zhì)量體系審核，設(shè)備和工藝能力審核，質(zhì)量檢驗?zāi)芰徍耍细窆?yīng)商批準等。 3)In accordance with the requirements of raw materials, process control card and other related quality request, monitor the suppliers, and issue the correction notice to the suppliers if necessary, negotiate with the suppliers to solve the quality problems. 負責按照公司原材料標準，過程控制卡及其他產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量要求，針對由質(zhì)量部門簽發(fā)的供應(yīng)商不合格通知單，協(xié)調(diào)解決質(zhì)量問題，必要時 要求供應(yīng)商采取整改措施，并監(jiān)督供應(yīng)商整改效果。 4)Be responsible to negotiate with the suppliers to solve the problems like production intermit, additional work procedure and even customer's complain brought by supplier's unqualified products. 對在公司生產(chǎn)時發(fā)現(xiàn)的由于供應(yīng)商產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題而引起的生產(chǎn)中斷，額外工序的增加甚至引起公司客戶發(fā)生質(zhì)量問題時，供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量保證工程師有責任盡快通知供應(yīng)商，采取果斷措施，迅速解決問題 5)Mentor and ask the suppliers to do the production and make the products' quality inspection as company's quality standard, go through the yearly on-site audit to suppliers. 指導并要求供應(yīng)商按公司質(zhì)量標準進行產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)和檢驗，每年對供應(yīng)商進行一次現(xiàn)場審核，考察該供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量體系執(zhí)行情況，有關(guān)整改措施的落實情況并檢查是否有新的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量隱患，作出審核時間表及審核后的報告。 6)Keep close contact with Headquarter, and master the refreshed requirements on supplier quality control and message to all the related department and suppliers. 保持與總部聯(lián)絡(luò)，取得總部在供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量控制方面的最新要求，并及時傳遞至公司相關(guān)部門和相關(guān)供應(yīng)商 7)Compile and draft the training materials on supplier quality control, and deliver the training to the suppliers to improve their productivity, quality and punctuality. 組織和編寫供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量培訓所需的各類資料，采取各種可行的方式對供應(yīng)商進行培訓，幫助供應(yīng)商不斷提高生產(chǎn)能力，質(zhì)量水平和交貨準時率 8)Track and confirm the dimension material and appearance report per the DVP at OTS, ISIR/PPAP phase. 追蹤及確認在OTS、ISIR及PPAP期，以DVP為基礎(chǔ)的材料報告，尺寸報告及外觀報告。 9)Release the supplier PPAP in ISPO+. 在ISPO+系統(tǒng)釋放供應(yīng)商PPAP。 10)Supplier safe launch, on-site checking, Safe launch instruction approval, performance and actions follow up. 供應(yīng)商安全投放工作，現(xiàn)場審核，作業(yè)指導書批準，安全投放業(yè)績和行動計劃的跟蹤。 11)Other task assigned by supervisor. 上級指定的其它工作。 |

| 其它要求： |
(1)Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer or Auto Engineer. 機械工程或汽車工程本科及以上學歷。 (2)Minimum 5 years experience in supplier quality control or related field in multinational company. 具有外資企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗，從事供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量控制或 相關(guān)工作五年以上。 (3)Be familiar with QS-9000 and VDA6.3 or IATF16949 etc automotive industry quality standard, and have applied experience with them; 熟悉QS-9000和VDA6.3、IATF16949等汽車行業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系，并有一定的應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗 (4)Know well core tools and quality tool etc. 熟練運用汽車行業(yè)的五大工具和相關(guān)的質(zhì)量工具等 (5)Good inter-personnel and communication skill. 具備良好的人際溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力。 (6)Positive working attitude, with good communication skill and strong confidential sense, resolving complex problems neatly. 工作積極主動，并具有良好的交際能力和較強的保密意識，能夠靈活地處理復雜的問題。 (7)Good computer skill, excellent in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 良好的計算機能力，精通Excel, Word 及PowerPoint 辦公軟件。 |
