| 工作描述： |
1)Implement project management according to the product development process (PEP+) for the designated projects; 按BOS項目管理程序PEP+實施項目管理。 2)Create project master plan and keep update, start critical path, PIP; 制定項目時間計劃并保持時時更新，啟動項目關鍵節點、問題點的跟蹤 3)Be responsible for establish the development budget and track investment plan for projects. Keep every project in the approved project development budget and trace accordingly. 負責建立項目開發預算和跟蹤投資計劃，確保每個項目費用在批準的項目預算內。 4)Carry out Kick-off Meeting with project team and necessary experts; 與項目團隊及必要專家召開項目啟動會議。 5)Keep updating project and product costs (PCC, Project Budget) including plausibility check in cooperation with PCM; 和團隊成員及時、準確更新項目費用和項目產品價格成本信息（PCC等） 6)Participate to FMEA meetings internal and external at the customer site; 參加客戶端內部或外部的失效模式分析會議。 7)Ensure for getting Phase Approval on time to review and evaluate project situation; 審查和評估項目狀況，保證按時獲得項目階段性的批準; 8)Manage and conducts the meetings with customer, with respect to design, project general reviews, quality review and etc.; 管理并組織與客戶的，關于設計的，項目評審的，質量評審等方面的各類會議。 9)Coordinate the Manufacturing Resource Plan including specification, capital equipment, tooling, gauging and support the procurement for new launches with launch manager accordingly. 與投放經理協調項目發起所需規范, 設備, 工裝, 量具及人員的準備計劃，以及支持相關的生產準備工作. 10)Manage project phase release on time by well-prepared documents; 按時執行項目階段性評審，做好充分的準備工作。 11)Kick off Launch Management: integration of launch manager from production plant to project team; 支持產品投放經理啟動項目投放管理。 12)Start of change management; 啟動變更管理 13)Start ISPO+ in time for the following process; 根據流程開始供應商的ISPO+管理。 14)Be responsible to arrange and prepare customer’s visits and APQP audit. 負責安排和準備客戶的拜訪及APQP審核。 15)Be responsible for project full PPAP approval; 負責項目PPAP批準。 16)Assists the quotations for the new Project and the carried-on engineering changes in running project； 協助新項目的報價及開發項目中工程更改的報價進程。 17)Search for the additional cost reduction potential in general and process cost reduction. 尋找其他成本降低潛在方法及生產流程方面降低成本的方法。 18)Work with team to search for project cost reduction; 與團隊合作,尋找降低項目費用的方法。 19)Lessons Learned: Documentation of experiences during the project by all participants of project; 經驗總結：包括所有參與項目的資料及經驗方面。 20)Safe launch activity of every project as preventive action by ensuring the customer requirement and Handling customer’s complaints in charged projects. 支持生產早期遏制和客戶投訴，確保產品符合客戶的各方面規范.。 21)Any other works assigned by supervisors. 上級指定的其他任何工作.。 |

（1）Above Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automotive Engineering and the relevant. 機械工程、汽車工程等相關專業，本科以上學歷。 （2）3 years minimum Project management experience and 3 years minimum design & development experience in automotive industry. 至少3年以上汽車行業項目管理經驗，至少3年以上汽車行業設計研發經驗。 （3）Experience and Good coordination with automotive OEM preferred. 具有汽車行業主機廠合作的經驗，并保持良好關系。 （4）High skill and ability in project planning, coordination and organization in time according to the proper project management procedure. 能夠按照項目流程，進行項目計劃、協調和組織的能力。 （5）Passionate, energetic and good team spirit; 熱情，精力充沛，具體團隊精神。 （6）Positive working attitude and result driven; 積極的工作態度和結果導向。 （7）Strong leadership skills; 卓越的領導能力。 （8）Good ability to manage multi-projects, excellent analytical skills; 多項目管理的能力，優秀的分析能力。 （9）Willing to take challenge and pressure. 愿意面對挑戰，具有抗壓能力。 （10）Strong organizational and communication skills with English in verbal and writing. 優秀的英語組織及溝通的能力（口頭及書面）。 |
