| 工作描述： |
1、Prepare related document for new project. (Control plan, inspection agreement, part history, dimension report, OTS, PPAP, etc) 準備新項目資料。（如：控制計劃，檢檢協(xié)議,零件履歷，尺寸報告，OTS及PPAP等文件） 2、Verify，make statistic and analysis nonconformity. 不合格確認，統(tǒng)計和分析。 3、Carry out the process audit and product audit. 實施過程審核和產(chǎn)品審核。 4、Analyze the return goods and deal with the customer complaint with customer service. Draft 8D report and get approval in case of 0km and warranty complaints and claims. 退回品的分析，協(xié)助客服處理顧客的投訴。針對客戶的0公里和售后投訴，起草8D報告，并得到批準。 5、Create the inspection plan and Control the measurement instrument in line. 制定檢驗計劃和控制在線檢驗器具。 6、Analyze and solve the quality problems on production line. 生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場質(zhì)量問題分析處理解決。 7、Train the internal employee about quality technology. 對內(nèi)部員工進行質(zhì)量技術(shù)的培訓(xùn)。 8、Assist WCP to finish related tasks. (Finish Report, root cause analysis, risk analysis, etc.) 協(xié)助WCP完成相應(yīng)的任務(wù)（如 完成報告，根本原因分析，售后風險分析等）。 9、Study and carry out BOS and customer related drawing, engineering specifications, quality requirements and engineering changes. 研究并執(zhí)行寶適內(nèi)部和客戶提供的相關(guān)圖紙、標準、質(zhì)量要求和工程變更。 |

1) Above junior college, major or experience in mechanical field. 大專以上學歷，機械相關(guān)專業(yè)。 2）More than three years related working experience. Familiar with PPAP, Control Plan, 8D, MSA, SPC.3年以上汽車業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗，熟悉PPAP, Control Plan, 8D, MSA, SPC。 3) Familiar with IATF16949, Process Audit and Product Audit. 熟悉IATF16949，過程審核和產(chǎn)品審核。 4) Open minded and creative, can work under high pressure. 有創(chuàng)新精神，能承受壓力工作。 |
