1)Process Planning and Optimization流程計劃和優化 Guides and coordinates Advanced Manufacturing activities within development projects 指導并協調開發與運營項目中的先期生產活動 Ensures, supports, and develops manufacturing capacities in plants, monitors and audits adaptation of manufacturing best practices and standards in the plant 確保、支持和發展工廠的生產產能, 控制并審查工廠內對生產最佳實踐和標準的適應情況 2)Quality Insurance of the deliverables保證質量與交付 Be in charge of the quality execution of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering tasks as defined on PLUS timeline 對投產系統時間表上安排的先期制造工程任務進行質量管理。 3)Assembly Time Definition裝配時間 Uses industrial engineering methods to determine the assembly time. 使用工業工程的模式定義裝配時間 4)Equipments 設備 Provides specifications for manufacturing equipment in line with BOS standards and recommendations for equipment procurement 根據BOS的標準提供生產設備的規格，并提出針對設備采購的建議 Develops assembly aids and fixtures 開發裝配工具及工裝 Implements BOS in new processes 在新流程中實施BOS制造體系 5)Product Launch Completion產品投產 Works with factory-Teams to complete product launches 與工廠團隊共同完成產品投產 6)Process & Tools Improvement 流程&工具改進 Cooperates with Center of Excellence for further development of Advanced Manufacturing tools and processes ( R ) 與優化中心合作，進一步開發先期生產工具和流程 Improves the plant and process layout for new and existing products (AutoCAD) 對新產品和現有產品的工廠和流程進行改善（AutoCAD） Participates and/or leads activities for manufacturing footprint analysis, continuous improvement of new and/or ongoing manufacturing process and lean manufacturing implementation 參與或領導與生產規模分析、對新的或現有生產流程的持續改進以及精益生產實施相關的活動 7)Continuous Improvement持續改進 Provides input to improve methods for optimizing work places 提供關于改進優化工作區域和流程的方法的建議 Improves Advanced Manufacturing Engineering competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes 通過推動持續改進活動和鼓勵創新產品、服務、解決方案和流程，提高前期制造的競爭力和客戶滿意度 8)Any other works assigned by supervisors. 上級指定的其他任何工作 |
